Job Description

  • Oversight of daily operations of workshop and operations departments

  • Support Management and managers in the execution of daily operational activitiesRecognize operational issues and emergencies and ensure they are promptly attended to and rectified promptly.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and SOPs are abided by staff.

  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and schemes that enhance operational efficiency and maximize profits.

  • Monitor and follow up on the yearly maintenance work for the workshop equipment and diagnostic hardware and ensure compliance with the audit requirements.

  • Identify and implement technology solutions to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

  • Collaborate with sales and administrative departments to ensure timely arrangement of vehicles for handover to customers.

  • Oversee and manage marketing teams to ensure the product is efficiently Marketed and operations to ensure the product is always in working conditions

  • Participate in the development of the Company’s overseas operations.

  • Offer necessary operations support as IT backup, and to internal stakeholders, addressing their requirements and facilitating smooth operations.

  • Provide support in addressing customer inquiries and requirements, ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to contribute to team objectives.

Requirements

  • A valid Class 3 driver's license is mandatory.

  • Proven experience as an Operations Executive, or similar role is advantageous with a track record of success in operations management

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and work as a team.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.

  • IT skills knowledge

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

  • Commitment to upholding safety standards and compliance with regulations.

  • Encompass flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced working environment

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification required, in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
