  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

As Legal Manager, you will be required to:

  • Advise internal stakeholders on how best to navigate the regulatory landscape for Traveloka’s marketing and partnership initiatives, including for strategic products in Traveloka’s emerging markets.

  • Develop, and ensure compliance with, critical consumer facing regulatory frameworks, including providing training to internal stakeholders and obtaining advice from external counsel.

  • Prepare and review marketing and partnership contracts, including for promotional activities and advertisement placements.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A growth mindset and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Between 3-5 years of experience across both private practice, and in-house for a company operating across the Asia Pacific region.

  • A good understanding of e-commerce and the travel industry.

  • Experience advising consumer facing platforms on marketing and partnership matters.

  • Being able to comfortably communicate, draft, and advise in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
