Job Responsibilities:
• To assist in daily operations of the HR and Admin Dept of the Company / Group Companies.
Liase with recruitment agent and arrange candidates for interview.
• Handle foreign workers’ matters including apply and renew work permit, managing foreign workers’ accommodation, workers’ repatriation and compute timesheets.
• Record staff medical reimbursement.
• Handle staff H&S and WIC claims. Work with freight forwarders on the import documentation for custom clearance. Arrange for insurance and coordinate delivery.
• Responsible for office equipment, staff uniforms, pantry refreshments, stationeries etc
• Responsible for company’s vehicles inspection, renewal of road tax and insurance.
• Organize monthly staff birthday celebration, assist in annual dinner and dance, Christmas and CNY celebration.
• Handle phone calls and incoming emails.
• Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma
2 - 3 years working experience
