Procurement Executive
We are Singapore’s leading one-stop marine galley equipment supplier, specializing in a wide range of products like kitchen & galley equipment, household appliances and laundry equipment. We are looking for candidates who are resourceful and dedicated to join our team!
Key Responsibilites:
Monitoring inventory movement and forecast demand to ensure optimal stock levels
Negotiate with suppliers to secure best pricing and delivery terms
Coordinate and monitor import shipments to ensure timely delivery
Ensure that products meet the required standards and specifications. Address any quality issues with suppliers immediately.
Collaborate with sales team to understand procurement needs
Work closely with logistic company to ensure proper documentation, customs clearance and compliance with international trade regulations
Create and process purchase orders
Maintain accurate records of purchases, shipments, expenses and other important data
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or sourcing
Diploma/Degree in business or equivalent
Resourceful in sourcing goods from online shopping platform like Shopee, Lazada, Taobao and 1688
Proficient in MS office
Fluency in Mandarin to communicate with suppliers from China
Resourceful and detail oriented with strong negotiation skills, problem solving and communication abilities
