Kitchen responsibilities:
Age Station – Prepare age / fried items
Hot Station – Prepare sauces and hot & yaki menu
Setter Station – Final check of food orders
Food preparation / Standby Station – Food cutting and prepare chawanmushi, miso soup and rice etc.
Kaiten Station - Sushi, Maki and Sashimi Making – Cut & remove fish skin, slice prawn and cucumber,slice fish and prepare frozen food, timely food quality & stock check
Preparation – Top up sushi rice, arrange and prepare fish-related item to the take away counter
Other duties – Any ad-hoc duties as required by the chef such as housekeeping
Part time rates $11-$15/hr (Subjected to experience), workfare incentive* and meals provided*.
