About the Role

We are looking for a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Photobooth & Events Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, has a passion for event experiences, and is eager to gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing. No prior experience is needed – on-the-job training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate photobooth equipment at events
Engage and assist guests to ensure a fun and smooth experience
Provide excellent customer service with a cheerful attitude
Troubleshoot minor technical issues with the photobooth when necessary
Coordinate with event organizers and team members for smooth execution
Pack up and ensure all equipment is safely transported after events
Promote our photobooth services to potential clients
Assist in developing marketing strategies to attract new customers
Build and maintain good relationships with existing customers and partners

Requirements

Outgoing, friendly, and confident in engaging with guests and clients
Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
Interest in sales and marketing (experience is a plus but not required)
Willingness to work on weekends and evenings as events may require
Able to carry and set up equipment (reasonable lifting involved)
Basic tech-savviness (training will be provided)
Responsible, punctual, and a team player
Driving license (is a plus but not required)
