Job Description
Main Responsibilities
̶Report to the Crew Leader
̶Assist the Crew Leader to achieve optimal business performance as well as maintaining high standards of food, service, health and safety
̶Motivate and inspire the team to achieve monthly sales target
̶Maintain strong hygiene and safety standards, ensure utmost cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards are kept
̶Analyse financial performance, formulate and implement strategies to maximise productivity and profitability
̶Ensure accuracy and timely submission of paperwork to IHQ
̶Prepare beverages
̶Conduct interviews and recruit suitable candidates
̶Ensure the strict compliance by all service and kitchen staff to company’s standard operating procedures
̶Assist in bi-monthly stock take
̶Handle cashiering duties, daily sales collection, cashiers float and petty cash claims
̶Responsible for staff training, orientation and discipline issues
̶Continuous innovation to achieve business goals
̶Create a fun and healthy working environment for outlet staff
̶Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
̶Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in quick serve restaurants and in a supervisory role.
̶Have good product knowledge on food items
̶Knowledge of cost/inventory management would be an added advantage
̶Basic PC-literacy
̶Strict sense of hygiene and safety standards
̶Excellent organizational skills
̶Ability to thrive in a challenging environment
̶Strong public relations skills
̶Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
̶Strong leadership & team player
̶Demonstrate commercial capability to deliver profit, control costs and build customer loyalty
