# 6 days work week, 2 off days in alternate week
# Working Hours: Mondays to Saturdays – 10:45 to 19:30 | Sundays/PH – 10:45 to 17:30
Job Responsibilities:
Attending to customer’s enquiries at Walk-in Service counter
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Maintain of stock inventory
Preparation of weekly/ monthly report
Keep front desk neat & tidy with necessary material
Take up other duties as assigned (scheduling, etc.)
Job Requirements:
“O” Level/ ITE Nitec/ Diploma in related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Initiative with positive attitude, willingness to learn and must be a team player
Committed and able to work independently
Friendly and Customer service oriented
Good communication skills
