Job Description:
· Ensure that the assigned vendor performs daily maintenance and upkeep of vehicles
· Provide support and monitor operational expenditure at the airport for cost optimization
· Maintain all communication, management of change with regards to Maintenance to vendor and ensure that the changes are implemented and documented.
· Maintains an active asset register of JAS vehicles and refuelling module
· Ensure all maintenance tasks and Quality test and checks are documented in accordance with Company’s requirements
· Assist and help to provide evidence through records and documentation in any audits ( IATA , IFQP , Airline , Shell Audits )
· Provide active register and help to initiate Annual license renewal for both Airport and relevant insurance to the Airport Operations Manager and HSSE and Maintenance Supervisor
· Share the safety information, technical bulletins with staff on a regular basis and regularly monitor HSSE performance of Vendor
· Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in heavy vehicles
· Perform scheduled service and maintenance activities including inspections, flush and filling of engine, brake, clutch oil etc
· Maintain detailed records of all repairs and maintenance activities
Requirements:
· Minimum Higher Nitec in Mechanical, automotive technology or equivalent. Must have a minimum of 3-4 years of heavy vehicle maintenance.
- Experience in fleet planning and procurement of vehicle parts
- Qualified First Aider *** (Training will be provided )
· Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
· Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and tools, and/or conduct manual inspections and assessments of heavy vehicles to identify potential issues and develop repair plans.
· Proficiency in MS word and excel
· Must possess class 3 / 4 driving license
