the community.

Requirements:

Extensive experience with Vietnamese cuisine.
Creative flair for menu development and food presentation.
Proven leadership in managing a kitchen team.
Knowledge and strong understanding of Vietnamese food and ingredients.
Excellent time management abilities.
Familiarity with SFA sanitation regulations.
SFA Basic Food Hygiene Course (BFHC) certified.

Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire the kitchen team, ensuring consistent and smooth operations of the department
Control and direct food preparation processes to maintain high standards and consistency.
Oversee food preparation, quality, and consistency.
Assist with preparation and cooking.

Collaborate with management to develop an innovative menu.
Ensure plate presentation meets the restaurant’s standards.
Drive organisational policies and procedures for inventory management.
Apply food safety management systems for food service establishments.
Conduct food and beverage hygiene audits.
Maintain workplace safety and health policies.
Ensure that working areas are always kept clean
