This position will start off as about 2.5 months contract.



Location:

ITE College East, at Simei



Responsibilities:


Customer Service:

Assist both external and internal customers with enquiries, feedback, and requests via calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions at the counter.

Provide simple course advising.

Act as Gatekeeper for entry to the Customer & Visitor Centre.

Assist with general enquiries as Roving Staff.

Guide applicants on their full-time or part-time enrolment at the call centre or using Self-Help PCs/laptops at the counter.

Handle certificate collection at the counter.



Administrative Duties:

Attend to day-to-day operations at the Customer & Visitor Centre.

Assist in filing documents.

Maintain, update, and organise forms and records of the department.

Assist in data entry tasks.

Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.



Information Management:

Access and input information into the CRM system, in-house student records system, and queue management system.



Working Hour:

Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 6pm



Salary:

$12.53/h
