Seroja is currently seeking passionate and experienced individuals to join our pastry program. We have openings for the following positions:
• Pastry Commis
• Pastry Chef de Partie (CDP)
• Pastry Demi Chef
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure adherence to safety and health regulations within the pastry section.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
• Participate in menu preparation and research & development initiatives.
• Manage food costs in collaboration with the head pastry chef.
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in a fine dining establishment.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Certificate in Culinary Arts, pastry-making, baking, or related fields.
• Level 1 Food Safety certification by SFA.
• A strong desire to achieve Michelin star-level cuisine.
