Job Description:
Provide administrative support on site.
Generate emails and reports when appropriate.
Administration support to project team and handles project public relation issues.
Serve as primary contact point of information flow between Town Office and site.
Process time sheets and payroll.
Act as project document controller and perform administrative duties including filing, sorting, printing, circulation, storage of project documents and handling all incoming telephone calls. Assume responsbility for maintenance of site office equipment, including computers, copier machine and fax machine.
Any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time.
Requirements:
Min. GCE 'O' Level
Min. 2 years working experience in providing efficient administration in construction environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Projects are mainly on Jurong Island and Tuas area
Transport from MRT station to project provided
