As part of our group expansion, we are looking for a versatile Key Account Executive as part of the expanding team.

About This Role

Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, primarily e-commerce channels, ensuring consistent communication and timely responses to inquiries.

Manage trade promotions within company allocated amount

Assist the Key Accounts Manager in executing account strategies to drive sales growth and maximize revenue opportunities.

Help coordinate the preparation and submission of quotes, proposals, and contracts for key clients.

Participate in negotiating pricing, promotions, and other contractual terms for key accounts, ensuring mutual benefit.

Understand each account’s unique business needs and goals, delivering tailored solutions to meet those objectives.

Assist in market research to support account development and uncover new business opportunities.

Proactively address any customer issues or concerns, working with internal teams to resolve them promptly.

Monitor account performance and identify areas for improvement or expansion.

Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirement:

Bachelors' Degree in Business Management, Marketing or equivalent

At least 3 years’ background in key account management with people leadership within the FMCG industry

Understands sales functions i.e. Trade marketing, Retailer, Field Operations

Stakeholder management with HQ buyer and management

Good in negotiation and striking a good deal with ROIs for the company

Strong analytical thinking and management skills.

Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Strong MS Office skill especially Excel.
