Job Description
As part of Rolls-Royce Solutions Asia, PowerGen Team, the role and responsibilities of the PSB Planner is to plan and manage pre-sales and post-sales scheduling as well as tracking of activities in relation to PSB. He or She is expected to work closely with department team members and other internal stakeholders to meet requirements and deadlines for offers, order processing and execution.
You are responsible for scheduling and tracking day to day work progress for offer development, order processing handover and execution reporting. You need to organize meetings for purposes for reporting and where needed, raise issues for escalation actions and support.
As an aspiring PSB Planner, you not only require problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, you also stay in tune with the organisation’s business development and propose forward looking solutions in ensuring business operations are aligned with business growth. You must be able to articulate and communicate process change and lead the change process which includes training users.

Key Accountabilities:
Data Management and Statistics.
Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
Strive for load and capacity optimization, efficiency, and utilization.
Control day to day work plan and progress to optimize project delivery and achieve the target revenue.
Establish plan for the material, equipment, labor, and lead time required for each project.
Recommend viable solutions to reduce operations costs, improve processes and quality.
Manage and review work progress and promptly address, resolve and effect changes to operation schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met.
Inventory planning and management to optimize project delivery and achieve the target revenue.
Participate in project meetings and discussions with the Sales personnel / Client as required.
Prepare and update project schedule based on the contract, set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan.
Customize part kits based on end user and operation needs.
Data base build up to standardize and optimize processes.
Compiling status and performance reports and submitting them to management in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in engineering of any fields
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Planner / Scheduler, Coordinator. Sales cycle experience will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of SAP (MM, IM and SD Modules) and good knowledge of cross function modules.
Adapt to computer software, especially database/ spreadsheets.
Ability to interpret data, work on the root causes apply practical solutions.
Able to work independently and make sound decisions.
Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skill, resourceful and team player
