Overall Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in executing business planning activities for the SEA CF team.
  • Assist in coordinating projects and initiatives to enhance team collaboration.
  • Help facilitate communication between the CEO and internal teams across Southeast Asia.
  • Contribute to organizing and managing meetings and events, including preparation of materials and documentation.
  • Support people-related programs and initiatives, ensuring effective implementation and communication.

Business Planning and Project Management:

  • Support the development, execution, and tracking of collaborative strategies within the SEA CF teams.
  • Drive day-to-day efforts to progress initiatives, ensuring timely reporting and communication to stakeholders.
  • Conduct analytical work to validate and support initiatives, such as analyzing deal flows and market trends.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to deliver a joint SEA CF marketing program that highlights deal successes and capabilities.
  • Organize and prepare for quarterly meetings and the annual CF Away Day, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items.

People Agenda and Communication:

  • Support the CF team to update, implement, and communicate L&D CF programs.
  • Facilitate the execution of the secondment program across SEA countries.
  • Support the ideation and implementation of critical people-related initiatives as agreed upon by SEA CF leaders.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • 4-8 years of experience in business planning or a related role.
  • Self-driven and capable of independently managing multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in team environments.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, able to convey messages clearly and backed by data.
  • Well-organized with excellent project management skills.
