HR Executive, Employee Engagement (6 months contract)

Working hours: 8.30am - 6pm

Responsibilities:

Plan, design, and communicate Employee Engagement Surveys, and follow up on action plans.
Monitor and track employee feedback from multiple sources, ensuring timely responses and data analysis.
Manage all aspects of Employee Experience Surveys, including report generation.
Plan and execute organization-wide engagement events to enhance culture and teamwork.
Develop and implement communications campaigns to promote the internal employee mobile app, including user support, record keeping, and data analysis. Manage related budgets and rewards programs.
Coordinate quarterly Employee Engagement Workgroup meetings, collaborate on initiatives, and organize the year-end social event.
Maintain HR Intranet and other online resources.
Manage procurement, finance, contracts, and budgets.
Liaise with vendors and consultants for project management.
Coordinate schedules and provide support for all HR-related inquiries.
Contribute to various HR department projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

Singaporeans ONLY
Bachelor degree from a recognized university, post-graduate qualification in HRM is an advantage
Minimum 2 years in Human Resource function in a big organization is preferred
Experienced in organizing engagement campaigns, events and project management
Experience in the healthcare sector is an added advantage.
