  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Join one of Singapore's busiest and most prestigious organizations! Our client, a government statutory board, is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service cum Cashiering Officer to become an integral part of their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations
Process payments accurately at the designated counter
Respond to customer inquiries with excellent service
Assist with payment top-ups and other administrative tasks as needed
Provide support for additional duties as assigned

Key Requirements:

GCE O Level with at least 1 year of customer service experience
Proactive, resourceful, and skilled at problem-solving
Open to working rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Working Hours:

4 days work, 2 days off
10am to 10pm, 10pm to 10am (with 2 hours break)
2-way company transport provided! Pickup from Boon Lay MRT / Jurong East MRT.
