PRIMARY FUNCTION

· The Floor Supervisor is responsible for leading the team on each shift and ensuring that the brand experience, service standards, food hygiene and safety standards are upheld.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Provide friendly, excellent and professional service to all guests.

· Responsible for handling food and beverage orders and serving guests.
