Salary: $4,300
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm
Employment Type: 6 Month Contract
Responsibilities:
Facilities & Operations Management
Oversee office operations and maintenance.
Ensure compliance with EHS standards and safety protocols.
Develop emergency plans and monitor KPIs.
Manage vendors, procurement, and service agreements.
Track and manage facilities budgets.
Project & Team Management
Oversee project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Lead a team of facilities coordinators for efficient operations.
Monitor execution, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance.
Prepare and present reports to management and stakeholders.
Manage tenders and government project requirements.
Stakeholder & Communication Management
Act as the main liaison for facility-related matters.
Manage stakeholder expectations and provide updates.
Maintain documentation for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Managerial experience in Facilities Management.
Relevant certifications in facilities, electrical, or mechanical maintenance.
Knowledge of government projects, tenders, and compliance.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficient in English and Microsoft Office.
