Salary: $2,500 per month
Job Type: Contract
Work Week: Monday to Friday (5-day work week)
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Attire: Office Attire

We are looking for a friendly Facilities & Reception Coordinator to ensure a welcoming atmosphere and excellent customer service. This role involves managing daily operations and maintenance across multiple office locations, alongside performing receptionist duties. The position requires travel between offices as scheduled.

Key Responsibilities:
Facilities Management:

Oversee daily operations and maintenance across office locations, ensuring all facilities are in optimal working condition.
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate services such as cleaning, security, and general maintenance.
Act as the main liaison for all facility-related matters, ensuring prompt issue resolution.
Assist with general administrative duties, urgent tasks, and special projects.

Receptionist Duties:

Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and staff in a professional, friendly manner.
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
Handle guest inquiries, providing accurate information about the company and services.
Maintain an organized reception area for a professional first impression.
Manage meeting room schedules and ensure rooms are ready for meetings.
Handle courier deliveries and distribute mail/parcels.

Job Requirements:

“N” Level and above.
At least 1 year of experience in office reception, concierge, or administrative support.
Professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Willingness to travel between office locations as scheduled.
