Content Creation & Management:
Assist in creating visually engaging content (photos, videos, reels) for social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Collaborate with the social media manager and graphic designer to ensure consistent branding and content alignment.
Help manage the content calendar and ensure timely posting across all platforms.
Copywriting & Editing:
Write and edit captions, social media posts, and EDMs as part of marketing campaigns.
Assist in creating content that is engaging, informative, and aligned with COTU's tone of voice.
Social Media Engagement:
Monitor social media platforms for customer engagement, respond to comments, and engage with followers.
Assist in developing strategies to increase engagement and follower growth.
Provide support in identifying opportunities for deeper customer engagement, especially during high-traffic periods (e.g., after a post goes live).
Assisting with Campaigns:
Support the team in brainstorming and executing social media campaigns, promotions, and collaborations with influencers or partner brands.
Track campaign performance and provide insights for future improvements, working closely with the social media manager for data.
Research & Trend Analysis:
Stay up-to-date on social media and digital marketing trends, providing recommendations for innovative content ideas.
Review the list of tasks previously sent to the social media manager and ensure that all necessary duties are covered, aligning with the team’s overall strategy.
