Job Description:

Serve as the main point of contact for customer interactions.
Manage and coordinate bookings for air shipments.
Handle comprehensive documentation tasks, including bookings and bill of lading (BL) preparation.
Communicate effectively with air carriers.
Ensuring the process compliance with airfreight regulations
Support the customer service department, reporting directly to the Team Manager.
Willing to learn, proactive, and capable of working independently.
