  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB SCOPES:


Manage and ensure accurate, complete, and timely disbursements for Staff Travel and Regular Claims. Process and verify claims in SAP Concur are duly approved and comply with financial policies and guidelines.
Resolve claim discrepancies and non-compliance cases related to claim processing and escalate to Accounts Payable Lead, if necessary.



Operational Governace and Excellence:



Follow up with Schools/Departments/Centres users to ensure long outstanding claims are cleared on timely manner for proper recording of university expenditure.



JOB REQUIREMENTS:


Singaporean (s) only.
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related discipline or equivalent experience.
