Sales Admin Assistant

- 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
- Working rights required for this role
- Expected salary: RM3,000 - RM4,500 per month
- Immediate start available
Responsibility:
Maintaining and updating customer records. 维护并更新客户记录。
Assisting department manager with assigned departmental tasks. 协助部门经理完成指定的部门任务。
Communicating with customers via call, whats-app or email to address inquiries. 通过电话、WhatsApp或电子邮件与客户沟通,解答客户疑问。
Entering sales orders in the system. 在系统中录入销售订单。
Requirement:
Diploma/Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 文凭/学士学位或同等学历。
Strong communication skills, team player. 较强的沟通能力,具有团队合作精神。
Familiar with MS Office. 熟悉MS Office。
Experience in sales admin/assistant related would be an added advantage. 拥有销售行政/助理相关经验者优先考虑。
Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills. 具有团队合作精神及较强的沟通和人际交往能力。
