Under the 15 months Go-To-Market Management Associate Program, you will undergo an accelerated induction experience to fast-track your career in the technology industry. You will learn and appreciate different aspects of the business, within one of our business segments to work in upon graduation.

What an HP Spark Management Associate - Growth Initiative does at HP:

  • Develops an understanding of the technical aspects of products or solutions being offered including architecture, integration capabilities, and customization options.
  • Gathers detailed technical requirements and supports in designing tailored solutions that address the specific needs of the customer.
  • Works closely with various internal teams such as product development, engineering, and support to ensure a smooth transition from the presales phase to the post-sales phase.
  • Delivers compelling and technically sound product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers highlighting relevant use cases for the customers.
  • Analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of competing products or solutions and provides insights to the sales team to position the organization’s products effectively.
  • Addresses any technical objections or concerns raised by customers and provides clear explanations or solutions to overcome the objections.
  • Contributes to the creation of technical documentation, such as case studies, and technical specifications, to help customers understand the technical aspects and benefits of the product.
  • Communicates insights related to the technical products to showcase the suitability of solutions to the client’s business needs in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Participates in training sessions to continuously improve expertise to effectively address customer inquiries and challenges.

Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:

  • Fresh graduates who have completed their studies within a year and able to start before August 2025.

  • Able to develop positive relationships and solving problems

  • Skills include negotiation, communication, ability to influence others, risk taker, problem solver, and project management skills

  • Understanding of the IT industry, competing vendors, and the channel

  • Basic understanding of HP's organization & operations, including key business rules, partner segmentation, key programs & initiatives.

  • Understanding of a specific set of HP's products, software, and services.

  • Able to communicate and work with country sales managers of identified opportunities, and overcome objections from countries

  • Partners effectively with other stakeholders to ensure coordinated, efficient process management

  • Experience developing positive relationships and solving difficult situation
