Job Description
Attend to requests on electrical power problem such as new work request, power tripped or faulty lights replacement according to replacement time for emergency and urgent request
Perform breakdown technical support and handle M&E service and Fire Safety equipment maintenance periodically
Carry out repair and maintenance work (ie repair and replace light fittings, troubleshoot electrical faults, basic plumbing and sanitary system)
Conduct routine check for areas cleanliness
Arrange & liaise with the Rest Control Service contractor
Require to attend building construction meeting related to operation and problem occurrence and propose for solution
Provide support to any events such as standby for audio system, check the condition of lighting and aircons etc
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
Requirements
Minimum NITEC or Higher NITEC in Mechnical & Electrical Technology
At least 3 years of working experience in Building Maintenance works
Able to work on weekends, flexible to work occasional public holidays and evenings
An eye for detail and be able to work independently and adapt to changes
