Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the responsibilities and essential job functions of the Healthcare Unit is to include but are not limited to the following -

Oversee daily catering operations in the healthcare facility.

Develop and implement operational strategies requirements.

Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Manage budgets and control costs.

Supervise and train staff.

Coordinate with hospital management.

Resolve operational challenges.

Prepare and present performance reports.

Ensure high patient satisfaction.

Attend client hospital meetings.
