Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily inbound and outbound shipping schedules.
Create, review, and distribute necessary shipping documents to internal and external stakeholders, including customers, after each shipment.
Collaborate with freight forwarders and other service providers to guarantee deliveries satisfy customer and business needs.
Daily review of open delivery orders and coordination with the operations team.
Ensure shipments meet customer and operational requirements.
Assist in investigating customer complaints to determine root causes and recommend solutions.
Aid project teams to facilitate the successful implementation of new projects.
Support the group supervisor by collecting data for analysis and reporting to Logistics Leadership.
Maintain departmental systems and procedures.
Job Requirements:
Customer Service experience is a plus.
ERP systems experience is required.
Minimum Diploma in Business / Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent.
Experience in International Trade or Import/Export Management is required.
