Food Service Operations Executive oversees the coordination of daily food service operations, ensuring timely and efficient meal distribution while maintaining compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards. SUMMARY OF ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES



Reporting directly to the Unit Operations Manager, the responsibilities and essential job functions of the Food Service Operations Executive are to include but are not limited to the following:–

Coordinate meal distribution to hospital wards. Ensure all meals are delivered accurately and on time to meet patient schedules.
Regularly check the cleanliness and hygiene of food trolleys to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Address issues such as delays, meal shortages, or complaints to maintain high service standards.
Facilitate clear communication to address dietary adjustments or special meal requirements with the Food Service coordinators and the
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene protocols: Conduct regular checks to maintain adherence to hospital and legal standards.
Train and supervise service staff: Provide training on food handling, distribution processes, and customer service skills.
Prepare operational reports: Compile data on meal delivery accuracy, patient satisfaction, and service timelines for management review.
Monitor the availability and condition of foodservice equipment, ensuring readiness for daily operations.
To ensure inventory for consumables and other materials are ready for day to day operations
