Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for budget control and ensure revenue achievement, cost control and P&L review of all the outlets under his / her responsibility.
Plan and develop annual sales, cost and profitability forecast.
Identify strategies to uplift performance level of outlets to align with corporate strategies, taking appropriate actions to attain operation objectives.
Review operation procedures, methods and workflow. Introduce, set-up and implement SOPs and good practices policies, subject to Management approval for staff efficiency, service, discipline and food hygiene.
Analyse, prepare and submit weekly or monthly sales reports on a timely basis. Review weekly report, look for improvements and track performance of each outlet.
Set outlet KPIs and coach Assistant Operations Managers and Restaurant Managers to achieve targets given. Develop and coach their performance standard and increase competency level.
Cultivate team spirit and encourage team building among the management and outlet staff.
Conducts monthly outlet heads meeting.
Conduct and ensure upkeep maintenance and appearance of outlets, equipment and fixtures.
Provide excellent customer service, handling any complaints in a professional manner.
Work closely with central kitchen team for menu development, efficient logistic co-ordination and communication.
Recommend appropriate sales and marketing programme and implement sales target for the outlets.
Work closely with Marketing Department to execute promotions and marketing plans.
