SUMMARY OF ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting directly to the Chef de Partie, the responsibilities and essential job functions of the Demi Chef are to include but are not limited to the following:
Demi Chef shall assist in the preparation and cooking of Asian or Western cuisine.
Maintain cleanliness and order in their section.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness across the kitchen to support a hygienic and safe working environment.
Learn and execute recipes as per dietary requirements.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation.
Monitor stock levels in their section.
Support quality control efforts by ensuring all prepared dishes meet the required standards for taste, presentation, and dietary compliance.

6 days work week
