Job duties:


Assist in warehouse operations and online sales management.
Record sales transactions in the POS system.
Process orders, refunds, and respond to online inquiries.
Manage staff schedules for smooth operations.
Guide and support associates to improve service.
Handle inventory, stock management, and ordering.
Process returns from vendors and customers.
Coordinate warehouse distribution and stock transfers.
Ensure timely delivery of online orders.
Track sales and compile reports for analysis.
