Job Scope

Provide logistical support for classes daily

monitor and provide feedback on issues, including technical support.

Taking and tracking student attendance.

Manage the arrangement for catering of food and tea

Directing students to designated eating areas.

Ensuring timely beverage and food deliveries, and preparing utensils if needed.

Returning unconsumed food and unused utensils to the office as required.

Capturing photos for record-keeping

Handling ad-hoc requests from onsite students.

Disposing of waste and restoring the classroom to its original condition for evening sessions.

Performing other ad-hoc duties as required.





Requirements

Minimum Diploma

Have a pleasant personality
