  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operation, ensures the quality, standards, and meet the expectations of the customers.
Responsible for recruitment, training, and staff allocations.
Manpower planning and scheduling of work for outlet staff.
Able to lead, develop, motivate and manage all outlet staff
Enforcing company SOPs diligently.
Ensures compliance to food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards according to statutory guidelines
Measure customer satisfaction, handle customer feedback or complaints, and services recovery.
Maintain cleanliness of the outlet at all times
Work closely and constantly communicate effectively with all relevant departments in HQ for any matters in relation to the smooth running of the outlet operations

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of managerial working experience in the retail F&B industry.
Strong leadership skills and effective communication.
Possess strong analytical, quick thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with both internal colleagues and external parties.
Independent and able to work under minimum supervision.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other systems for reporting, communication, and data analysis.
