About the job
- Responsible for the local implementation and adaptation of global/central marketing strategy within retail trade calendar.
- Ensure the success implantation of identified yearly key marketing campaigns (ie. Chinese New Year, Valentines Day, Ramadan, Diwali, etc) through structured communication to key stakeholders
- Define and drive locally relevant marketing initiatives across owned retail, partners’ retail and CRM function.
- Lead and drive regional trade events and in- store activities to support brand building and commercial objectives.
- Track and monitor all markets’ programs alignment to business goals, return on investment (ROI) and learnings.
- Plan & manage annual retail marketing budget to achieve brand positioning, maximizing ROI
- Gather competitive intelligence, innovative promotional techniques and emerging consumer trends to satisfy changing consumer demands along with in depth consumer analysis and understanding.
- Build and maintain strong partnership with vendors, landlords, wholesale partners and key stakeholders to access new opportunities and support.
- Lead and coach the trade marketing team members across the business cluster to achieve business outcome.
About you

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Work experience in Marketing/Retail across South and Southeast Asia is a must.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships to drive business growth.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present effectively at all levels of an organization.
- Expertise in influencing and negotiation, contributing to successful business outcomes.
