Roles & Responsibilities

As a Delivery Driver, you will hold a crucial role in our operations, and will be responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient and professional service standards for the pick-up and delivery of customer’s laundry.

Your primary responsibility will be the safe and timely transportation of customer’s laundry based on the optimised and assigned logistics tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for both collections and deliveries based on assigned tasks per day. Routes and tasks will be planned and optimised each day.

  • Destinations will include factories and various business and residential locations around Singapore.

  • Ensure all deliveries and pick-ups are on-time as per customer’s instructions.

  • Assist with loading and unloading of packages.

  • Usage of the mobile application to receive assigned collection/delivery tasks, and submit proof of collection/deliveries.

  • Professional and safe handling of customer’s clothes with care.

  • Maintain cleanliness and presentability of the company’s delivery vehicle.

  • Perform labelling quantity and quality checks of packages where required.

  • Maintain excellent customer service and professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Singapore Class 3 license to drive company van, without past traffic violations.

  • Physically fit to carry laundry packages weighing between 15 to 30kg. Trolley can be used.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English

  • Working experience of more than 1 year as a delivery driver

  • Digitally-savvy and able to use communicate digitally.

About the role:

  • 44-hour work week

  • No personal vehicle is required; the company will provide the vehicle.

  • Expected start date: As soon as possible

  • Expected salary: $2,000 - $2,500 per month

  • Progressive opportunities. Eg. promotion and wage increments respective based on performance where suitable
