  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

The incumbent is responsible for the support of shipping, receiving and for all materials and supplies to meet the operational needs of Quasar Medical (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. Some aspects of inventory control may be required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

· Work with manufacturing and QA in receiving and storing all gods, including incoming inspection on non-essential items

· Perform materials planning, issuance and control with manufacturing.

· Ensure proper storage of materials with manufacturing.

· Issue materials via inventory request form to manufacturing.

· Prepare shipping documents.

· Dispatch shipment (loading, protecting, and/or transferring custody to shippers.

· Work with manufacturing to perform stock taking for raw materials and finished goods.

· Work with management to monitor and follow on time delivery or orders to customers.

· Verify compliance of materials system with the guidelines and intent of the Quality Management System.

Maintain and comply with ISO 13845, GMP and FDA regulations.
