Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive and organized Admin Assistant to provide essential support across multiple departments in our RT ASEAN Group of Companies, including Marketing, Internal Compliance, Human Resources, and General Administration. The ideal candidate will be versatile, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a variety of tasks to ensure smooth operations in these key areas.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Support:
Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing campaigns, events, and webinars.
Prepare and distribute marketing materials such as digital flyers, emails, and newsletters.
Maintain and update client and prospect databases for marketing purposes.
Monitor and track marketing performance metrics, generating periodic reports.
Liaise with vendors and suppliers for marketing collateral.
2. Internal Compliance Support:
Maintain and update compliance documentation and records.
Assist in preparing reports related to internal compliance.
Support the implementation and monitoring of related company policies and procedures.
3. Human Resources Support:
Schedule and coordinate interviews, meetings, and employee training sessions.
Assist in maintaining HR records, including employee files and databases.
Prepare HR-related correspondence, such as offer letters and notices.
Provide support for onboarding and offboarding activities.
4. General Administration:
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks.
Provide general support to management, handle meeting schedules, and events coordination.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably supporting multiple departments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
