As a Service Crew, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your main duties will include customer communication, table clearing, table setting, table service, food handling, and food preparation.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide recommendations and answer customer inquiries about menu items
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to customers
- Clear and clean tables promptly to maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Set tables according to company standards- Assist in food preparation and handling as needed
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards customers and colleagues
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
