Head of Vertical, Customer Program Management

We are seeking an experienced leader to join us as the Head of Vertical for our Customer Program Management (CPM) team in Southeast Asia. This role involves leading a team of professionals to address client needs with innovative solutions and strategic insights. You will manage a network of Client Program Managers for key accounts, focusing on operational performance, business retention, supply chain optimization, value creation, people development, and leadership.

Key responsibilities
Ensure a high-performing CPM team to meet account goals for operational execution, service delivery, and financial objectives.
Provide strategic direction and ensure the CPM team has the tools, training, and infrastructure needed.
Oversee operational performance and guide performance improvements.
Collaborate with global account teams to ensure desired performance and service levels.
Conduct periodic reviews with customers to ensure internal performance aligns with customer satisfaction.
Manage and track improvement projects across accounts.
Drive a culture of Operational Excellence within the CPM community.
Provide daily leadership for escalations, coaching, and customer meetings.
Enhance team performance by sharing best practices and conducting review meetings.
Ensure the CPM team follows global and regional guidelines.
Build and maintain the CPM succession pipeline.
Ensure external KPIs are in place and actions are taken to improve performance.
Develop and review account plans and initiatives in collaboration with sales.
We’re looking for
10+ years of experience in global key account management, supply chain optimization, or transformation project management.
5+ years of experience in managing teams and driving vision and strategy.
Strong results-driven personality with the ability to influence stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
Proven ability to create value through cross-functional collaboration.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
