Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

  • Review outstanding exchange orders (EO) placed by customers are still relevant for operational needs, by tallying against guidelines in place, and seek approval from manager for deviation.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to provide updates (reasons, aircraft, defect source) of units ordered by customers.

  • Remove duplicated orders and purge outdated orders from the system, to allow managers to have a clear view of unfulfilled orders.

  • Support manager on data summary of weekly backlog orders.

  • Assist preparation of data to customer for monthly unfulfillment orders.

  • Support multifunctional team in case of operational crisis (Special meetings with the customer, special drumbeat of the whole supply chain…)

Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduate or final year of Diploma / Degree in Aerospace, Business Admin, or logistics.

  • Project management / continuous improvement skills
