Job Description

- Designing & Developing Social Media Strategies: Creating and developing social media strategies, setting goals to enhance brand awareness, and increase engagement. - Managing Multiple Social Media Platforms : Amplify the number of quality followers and oversee & manage all social media platform engagement for the company, including Facebook, X, Instagram, Youtube, etc. - Content Planning & Creation: Manage end to end high quality & high relevance content from strategicing, conceptualising to implementation. - Performance Analysis: Conduct performance analysis to measure the effectiveness of social media engagement strategies and closely relate it to business KPIs, while offering recommendation and improvements. - Scheduling & Posting Content: Managing content calendar, utilisizing social media listening tool to strategize, plan and post high relevant content. - Manage and Optimize Paid Advertising Campaign: Supporting partnership and campaigns in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on all social media platforms. - Market Research & Competitor Research and Analysis: Conducting market and competitor analysis, and identify trends to keep Traveloka at the forefront of OTA Social Media. - Budget Management & Cost Optimization : Manage social media budget and continously optimize cost spent to ROI that highly related to company KPIs. social media enaggement. - Managing relationships with external agencies, vendors and partners to ensure timely and effective campaign execution. - Team Leadership : Lead and manage a high-performing social media team, ensuring optimal allocation of responsibilities and resources to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or related field (Master’s preferred). - Minimum 8+ years of experience in social media and content marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. - Proven success in the ability to drive organic growth through creative and data-informed content strategies. - Extensive knowledge of social media platforms, influencer marketing and offline channels. - Skilled in interpreting and analyzing data to effectively communicate performance insights and - Provide evidence-based recommendations to all stakeholders. - Experience managing content in markets at varying levels of maturity, with a track record of successfully adapting strategies based on unique market demands. - Demonstrated experience in building, mentoring and leading a team, with a collaborative and inclusive approach. - Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate strategies clearly to stakeholders and team members.
