As a Junior Product Analyst, you will support the Product Manager in the product discovery phase, aiding in the prioritization and creation of the product roadmap. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, together with UX team you will conduct market research, and assist in defining product vision and strategy. Your role is critical in ensuring that the product development process is informed by accurate insights and aligns with the company's goals.

Key Responsibilities

Market and User Research:

  • Together with UX pot team, conduct thorough research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to provide actionable insights.

Product Roadmap Support:

  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of the product roadmap.
  • Help prioritize features and tasks based on business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor product performance and gather data on key metrics.
  • Generate reports and visualizations to support decision-making processes.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Product Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product goals and timelines.
  • Facilitate communication between different teams to gather feedback and ensure everyone is on the same page.

Documentation and Tools:

  • Maintain documentation related to product features, requirements, and progress.
  • Use product management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) to track and manage tasks.

Product Discovery:

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and workshops to identify new product opportunities.
  • Help define user personas, journey maps, and user stories.

User Experience:

  • Assist in elevating UX/UI design by providing feedback and conducting user testing sessions.
  • Ensure that the product interfaces and workflows are intuitive and user-friendly.

Support in Product Strategy:

  • Assist the Product Manager in defining and executing product strategies.
  • Help in setting product vision that aligns with the company's mission and goals.

Experience and Skills:

  • Prior experience or internship in a product management or business analysis role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with market research, data analysis, and reporting.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in using product management tools like JIRA, Confluence, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
  • Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
