We are seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (DCFM) to join our dedicated team!

  • Manage the capacity planning and management of the Government Data Centers (GDC) including power, cooling and hosting space
  • Oversee and supervise the day-to-day operations and maintenance in GDC such as
  1. Performing onsite inspections
  2. Proactive monitoring of the operating status of the GDC M&E infrastructure
  3. On-site management of works conducted within GDC such as site survey, maintenance works, power failover tests and other on-site standby activities
  • Plan, manage and execute both corrective and preventive maintenance of the M&E and physical security infrastructure in GDC
  • Point of contract for GDC incidents to participate in incident troubleshooting, recovery, root cause analysis and ensure incidents are resolved in accordance to SLA
  • Provide onboarding and offboarding support for GDC customers
  • Ensure GDC related Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are duly monitored and measured
  • Ensure GDC reports are generated by hosting partners, reviewed as per scheduled and all action items

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure management, specifically related to data center operations and facilities management.
  • Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including power distribution, cooling systems, and network architecture.
  • Proficiency in data center monitoring and management tools.
  • Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
  • Good problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
