Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Helper to join our dynamic F&B team. The ideal candidate will assist in various kitchen operations, ensuring smooth food preparation and maintaining a clean work environment.
Job Description:
• Assist in food preparation, including washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for food preparation and kitchen hygiene
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
• Support inventory management by organizing and storing food supplies
• Adhere to kitchen safety and hygiene standards
Job Requirements:
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and constant change of Food Menus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
• Have experience in Catering & Event planning will be at advantage.
Prior experience in a JAPANESE kitchen setting is preferred but not mandatory
