White Collared Long Sleeve button down SHIRT
Black Formal Pants
Black Formal Shoe/Black Flats/Black low Heels fully covered
No Fancy Coloured Hair| Dark coloured Hair or Black ONLY
Key Responsibilities:
Assist guests during the check-in process.
Verify passports and boarding passes.
Review visa documentation.
Issue room keys to guests.
Provide ushering services.
Perform basic data entry checklist.
Transfer of passengers via wheelchair assistance.
Assist other ad hoc assignments as directed by the supervisor.
Requirements:
No prior experience necessary; JIT will be provided.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Physically fit to assist guests in wheelchairs to their destinations.
Customer Service Orientated
Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
IT/Tech Savvy
High Commitment level
