  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Duration: 3 months contract (Capped at 1 year)

Salary: $18.50 per hour

Working Hours: Mon to Thur: 8.30am to 6pm, Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Nearest MRT: Outram Park MRT



Job scope:


Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure healthcare students undergo clinical training as planned
Support the team in achieving project deadlines
Verification of Claims and manage Claims Related Queries
Maintain organized records and data entry
Assist in the logistical planning and execution of meetings
Drafting and sending meeting Invitations
Preparing Meeting Agendas and Coordinating Meeting Materials
Other administrative duties as assigned



Requirements:

- Degree in relevant field

- Prior experience in healthcare or education sector will be an advantage

- Acute sense in handling administrative work and managing projects

- Good communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
