Job Description:
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Manage incoming calls and respond to emails with professionalism and efficiency.
Handle booking and scheduling of appointments, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with clients.
Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
Assist in preparing consultation documents and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
Carry out billing and invoicing tasks, ensuring accuracy in charges and timely follow-up on outstanding payments.
Provide support as a chaperone during consultations, ensuring a comfortable experience for clients.
Job Requirement:
Min. GCE N/O level / Nitec / Diploma / any equivalent.
Passion for customer service.
Able to work in a fast pace environment.
No Experience Required, On the Job Training Provided!
