Warehouse Manager - Full-Time

We are a growing apparel company seeking an experienced and dedicated Warehouse Manager to lead our dynamic warehouse team. If you are a strong leader with excellent organizational skills and a proven track record in warehouse management, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in order fulfillment.

  • Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of 5'“7 Warehouse Assistants to meet performance goals.

  • Plan and coordinate the packing and fulfillment of online and offline orders.

  • Ensure proper stock management through regular inventory counts and accurate record-keeping.

  • Monitor incoming stock shipments, ensuring timely receipt and quality checks.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

  • Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce errors.

Working Hours:

  • 5.5-day workweek

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

  • Saturday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar supervisory role.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Good communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

  • Physically able to handle the carrying demands of the job.
